Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include pixels, tags and browser storage. They can make a site work, remember choices, measure visits or help show and assess advertising.
This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how Klickshot Limited uses personal information.
1. Essential and functional storage
Technologies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you request, protect the site or transmit communications do not normally require consent. We keep their use limited to those purposes.
Our hosting and security providers may also process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and protect the website. This does not mean every request places a cookie on your device.
2. Google Maps
The map on our contact page is blocked until you choose Load Google Map. If you load it, your browser connects to Google. Google may receive your IP address, browser and device information and may read or place cookies according to your Google settings and its own policies. You can use the address shown on the page without loading the map.
3. Analytics
Analytics tools help us understand matters such as which pages are visited, how visitors arrived and whether the site works well. If we enable non-essential analytics, such as Google Analytics, we will ask for consent before storing or accessing analytics information where required. Rejecting analytics will not prevent you from using the main website or booking a call.
4. Advertising and conversion measurement
We may advertise through services such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. If advertising tags are enabled on this website, they may measure whether an advert led to a visit or enquiry, limit or personalise adverts, and create audiences for future campaigns. Depending on the provider, the data may include an online identifier, page and event information, approximate location, device information and interactions with our adverts or website.
We will not activate non-essential advertising cookies or similar access before consent where UK law requires it. The provider may act as a separate controller for some of its processing, which is described in its own privacy information.
5. Forms and links
Submitting a form sends the information you enter to us through our form processor. That processing is explained in our Privacy Policy. Following a link to another website may allow that website to use its own cookies; its policies and controls will apply there.
6. Your choices
Our cookie bar lets you accept or reject optional advertising tracking. Rejecting does not stop you using the site or booking a call. You can reopen the choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. We will update this policy when specific provider tags are configured.
You can also delete or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect some website features. Browser controls do not necessarily stop all forms of server-side processing, so use our consent control as well when one is shown.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website or providers change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. For questions about our use of cookies, contact us at hello@klickshot.co.uk.
